Your Goods - Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to ‘products’ ordered by Internet from (Shoben Fashion Media) web site. Internet offers relate to internet transactions. Temporary or local special offers do not apply to internet prices.

1. Seller
The Seller is (Shoben Fashion Media). Registered in England 3770665 Registered office (65 Morden Hill London SE13 7NP).

2. Order Acknowledgement
Your order will be acknowledged on our web site on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. Occasionally we may be unable to deliver if stock runs out or is withdrawn or circumstances arise beyond our control but if there is a problem, we will let you know as soon as we can. If this happens, you will be given an immediate refund of any payment made. This will discharge any liability for failure to deliver the goods in question.

3. Payment Information
(a) Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our web site and will be debited when you receive your order. All payment to be made in GB pounds sterling.

(b) You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our web site at the date you place your order.

 

We do our best to make sure prices are currently shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still want the goods at the correct price.

5. Delivery
(a) We aim to deliver goods approximately 4-5 days after receiving your order. We will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay.

(b) A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery.
 

Faulty goods will be replaced if returned unused within seven days of receipt.
 

7. Postage & Packaging

The following postage and packaging charges apply:

 

United Kingdom
- Delivery is free of charge for orders exceeding £100.00
- Orders under £100.00 attract  a delivery charge of either £3.50 or 10% of the order total, whichever is higher.

Overseas

- Costs will be advised upon receipt of order.
 

6. General
(a) all measurements are approximate.

 

(b) The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow.

 

(c) All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our web site shall be construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.

8. Distance Selling Regulations (DSR)
The Buyer has the right to cancel and return the goods within 7 days(the " cooling-off " period) The cost of returning the goods are to be paid by the customer
