These terms apply to ‘products’ ordered by Internet
from (Shoben Fashion Media) web site. Internet offers relate to internet transactions
only and may not be available in store. Likewise temporary or local special offers
do not apply to internet prices.
1. Seller

2. Order Acknowledgement
Your order will be acknowledged on our web site on the understanding
that delivery is subject to availability. Occasionally we may be unable to deliver
if stock runs out or is withdrawn or circumstances arise beyond our control but if
there is a problem, we will let you know as soon as we can. If this happens, you
will be given an immediate refund of any payment made. This will discharge any liability
for failure to deliver the goods in question.
3. Payment
(a) Payment may be made
by any of the methods indicated on our web site and will be debited when you receive
your order. All payment to be made in GB pounds sterling.
(b) You will be charged
the current price for buying goods from our web site at the date you place your order.
All prices are displayed on our web site and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable
at 17.5%. We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of
VAT. A delivery charge is added according to weight of the ordered items but delivery
is free for orders over £150 in the UK only.
We do our best to make sure prices are
currently shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen,
we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still want the goods
at the correct price.
4. Delivery
(a) We aim to deliver goods approximately 4-
(b) A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature
of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or
the person to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery.
5. General
(a) all measurements are approximate. (b) The reproduction of colours is as accurate
as the photographic and production process will allow. (c) All matters concerning
and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from
our web site shall be construed and governed according to English law and the English
courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.
